Payment and Shipping

In our shop you can generally use the following payment methods:

advance payment

If you choose to pay in advance, we will send you our bank details in a separate email and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

credit card

When you place your order, you also send us your credit card details. Once you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, we will ask your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card is charged.

PayPal

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, with your
Verify your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing your order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the ordering process.

Giropay

After placing your order, you will be redirected to your bank's website. In order to pay the invoice amount via Giropay, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that is activated for participation in Giropay, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Cash on pickup

You pay the invoice amount in cash upon collection.

We deliver free of charge within Germany. For shipping abroad, shipping costs amount to 9.99€.

Free delivery of our items is only possible to Germany.

The proper shipping and careful packaging of our suits is very important to us. That's why you will receive your suits in a garment bag and a specially tailored box. This way you can be sure that the goods will arrive undamaged.
The goods are only dispatched during our opening hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). The delivery time within Germany is one to three working days from confirmation of dispatch with our shipping service provider DHL. We also deliver to packing stations.

The following return steps do not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
You generally have the option of returning the items you ordered to us without giving any reason. However, we expressly point out that the costs for returning items from abroad are borne by the buyer. Write to us:

  1. Write to us
    Please send an email to retoure@anzugshop.com informing us that you would like to return the item from your order. After receiving your email, we will generate the DHL return label and send it to you by email.

  2. Pack the goods:
    In the meantime, pack the goods to be returned. We ask you to fill out the enclosed return form and enclose it in the package.

  3. Return with DHL:
    Finally, just print out the return label, stick it clearly visible on the box and drop it off at a DHL branch or DHL Packstation.

  4. Refund:
    Once the package has arrived back with us, we will credit you the purchase amount within 14 days.

Goods purchased in the online shop can only be returned in the online shop. For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to return goods that you purchased on-site during an appointment during personal shopping online. These can only be returned on-site.
