FIT GUARANTEE - What is it?

If the suit you ordered doesn't fit 100%, we'll cover the alteration costs of €20.00! It doesn't matter whether the alteration costs are lower or higher. Just send us a picture of the invoice and the order number and we 'll refund you €20.00 . We promise!

What does AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY mean to us?

If your item is already in the shopping cart and the order is completed immediately, the item is 99% available for delivery. However, if there is some time between the two processes, it may be that the item has already sold out in the meantime. Placing it in the shopping cart does not mean that it is reserved. For orders placed before 11 a.m., the order is sent out the SAME DAY and is usually with you within 2 working days! You will receive a shipping notification and can track the shipment with the DHL tracker.

What are the shipping costs?

For orders over €49.90 we ship free of charge within Germany. For orders under this value the shipping costs are €3.99. Shipping abroad costs €13.99. And that goes both ways - from us to you and from you to us. You can see how that works in the next question.

How do I receive my return documents?

The following return steps do not constitute a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.

  1. Please send an email to retoure@anzugshop.com telling us which items you would like to return.
  2. After receiving your email, we will generate the DHL return label and send it to you.
  3. Simply print out this return label, stick it clearly on the box and hand it in at a DHL branch.

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Immediately after your purchase you will receive an order confirmation by email with all the details of your order.

Can I order by phone?

No, unfortunately we do not offer ordering by phone. Please order directly via the order process in the online shop.
